I get errors when I download it it takes me to an Dropbox error page :/

I REALLY Need Help So I really like this a lot and It was working fine until I went to go open the server and got this error Run-time error '10048': Address in use. And then it says Ok but when you hit Ok it just closes the server and I don't know how to fix this :/
