ok after following gwens tutortail and fix the config./data port difference I'm still getting that the server is offline. Yes I downloaded the libary files and I'm running Eclispe evolution 2.7\. Would like someone to explain why im still getting server offline. Do I have to reinstall the prgramm and try again? Or is it a more complicated problem?

It's somwwhere in the green spectrum for sure.
