Im making a game with eclipse and its fully guied and you edit npc's shops and items from the admin panel. You only need to edit the source if you need to add fishing or mining. Althogh you dont really need to know vis basic to add this. Only a small knowledge is required.

In properties on the npc tab next to the npc name you canset coordinates. Then around the coordinate location put npc avoid attributes to stop the npc from moveing.

Just for the people still with this issue on vista what fixed it for me was to run the program as an administrator and in capatibility mode for windows xp service pack 2.

Bare in mind Dial-up is only 56k/s so if you have more than I would say 2 people on the game your players will stared getting kicked for packed flooding. Because the server will get behind. I would suggest upgrading to broadband.

Simply use winzip or winrar to add the client folder to the archive. Then, ditribute the archive.

Where you connecting localy or from somewhere outside of your router? If localy then it's likely to be server issue. If not then you probarbly haven't opened the port in your router. I believe the default port is 4000\. Also make sure the port you use is not already in use by another application.

Stand on it and it asks you to buy the house. Once purchased simply type /houseeditor

I do have a domain but its only masked so forward slash wont wont for me. And sorry about the link permissions error. Fixed now. And i have a state of the art firewall (my dad needs it for his work) so im quite hard to hack. (I cant hack my own firewall)

You cant get VB6 anymore in the shops because Microsoft discontinued it to move on to Visual Basic.NET so the only way to get it now is illegally

Every day on my server i get this error: Run time error 10 "the array is fixed or temporarily locked" then the server app shuts down and if you leave it long enough the whole server crashes. What does this error mean and how do i fix it?
