I'd also like to say that using fireworks with photoshop is a great combination to make a GUI. For example, you can take a look at my GUI i'm working on. Its not the "OMG Super Awesome" type but its nice for a game. Anyway, on topic now. I'd have to say thats a great achieving tutorial. Really makes people want to make their own GUI's for their games.

Not bad work here. I'd have to say that RPG Maker XP tilesets are quite complicated to map with sometimes. VX Tilesets are basically the cheat-way to go. Anyway, I'd suggest you add more "randomness" with the trees, grass, etc near the farming area and around the whole map. Real life fields are always every bit neat and tidy, thats why adding the "randomness" of things makes the map more realistic. Hope I helped, Kailis

Hey everyone, I've finished one image for my complete DarkGUI. I've done the menu, anyone can use it if you like. One question I would like to ask, as you can see the blackbox in the main menu. How can I change that to a custom one that I have down here. When I test my GUI, the same black box appears there. Anyway, time for the GUI.  Please comment on it.
