If you're making custom sprites, just paste them over. The file has to be called sprites.bmp, and it has to be that exact height and width. The sprites also have to be aligned exactly as they are. It's easier to just paste right over the ones that are there to get the alignment right if you aren't using a template.

Easy way: Go into your client folder -> gfx and open sprites.bmp. Harder way: Get a template from reasources.
