My comment was removed, on what grounds i don't know. I will try to be more constructive Mapping: It seems that it is a little square, what i mean is just unnatural, though everything else in the game does look nice, i feel the mapping could use some work, such as more non linear paths, instead of them always being straight kind of randomly curved etc. Possibly random higher grass patches, around trees etc. More curved cliffs and cliffs on top of cliffs. As for the path in town, based on your screenshot, there are edges, in the tilesets, that you can use to add to them to make them look better, they look to square the way you have them. Your caves look fine, but as for the snowy area in screenshot not bad. Its just my opinion but i believe the mapping could use some work. I am not trying to be rude at all just giving a bit of criticism.

Server is back online and now i finally got my item set idea to work. What happens is if you have a full set of items, like helm sword shield and armor, you receive a bonus. There is currently one set in the game!

Lol i know it is not my computer, but i get fuckbook pop ups when i visit your website, and why is it the games that are released, always have the bland mapping. I suppose it could improve over time, everything else looks good.

So i found this epic game on a game list, well come to find out it is kind of new, has paperdoll awesome gui, is well balanced, but has a small community. **Layers** Grass is the ground, if you look at the cliffs, which i have no idea how to use them yes i am learning, looks like you can see grass coming through them. The house tiles are mask. The house tiles show just fine in the tileset, note that the right side of roof, is darker shaded in the tileset, while the left side is not shaded as much. Seriously wtf, if i put the ground as black, it shows black, i have no fking idea what the issue is. Man these tiles are sick to… 

Whenever i try to map say i have grass as the ground, when i start making a house or something, it will at some spots show like gaps, with the grass coming through the tiles weird eh? Well it can't be the tileset it is to beuatifull to be the problem :confused:

Currently i really need a person to sadscript good stuff, and i am really trying to work on the guild system, and all that great stuff, so far the games pretty balanced, and a decent amount of content, i am really considering releasing it on behalf i get atleast 4-5 players. Here are currently the playable classes, while some differ greatly, the guardian and fighter have slight differences at the moment.  Heavy dps, while fast moving, and tricky the assassin suffers loss of defense, at the cost of his/her damage. Can wield various items such as daggers, throwing knifes, and stars, and also can use various poisons.  The fighter is a simple class, wielding the strongest of weapons, and can also wear medium armor, dishes out immense damage at average attack speed, the fighter is a perfect class for anyone starting out, or looking to destroy in pvp. This class lacks in magic, but has some spells, such as rage, which can increase his/her damage greatly for short periods of time by sacrificing hp, and all of the mana he/she has. This class can wield 2h weapons, and powerful 1h.  The guardian is self explanatory, wields the heaviest of armor, and is the only class that can wear a shield, while this class has heavy armor, it really lacks in the weapons, can wield spears, and pikes. Also has some support spells, such as self heal, and buffs to increase str for short periods of time. The perfect class for tanking those rough bosses.  What game is complete without a class that wields a bow? The ranger is not as easy as one would think, while able to pick off enemies easily from a distance, and has slightly greater attack speed then the fighter, while having decent damage, the ranger also suffers in defence, and requires concentration most of the time. This is a good class, if you can be quick acting and read your environment quickly, but not so good in tight spaces.  Probably the most difficult class for anyone, the wizard is also the deadliest, if you can manage to stay alive. The wizard specializes in all of the elements of nature, fire ice wind and earth. This class suffers immensely from both hitpoints, and defence, and is rather slow, and has weak armor. The mage can be a powerfull player killer if one manages to get a wizard strong enough, and is the greatest dps among all the classes, one must truly be trained in the art of survival to use this class. Definitely not recommended to a noob, as it starts off the slowest of all the classes.  New upcoming class! Tortured, and mutilated before there death, these beings were once humans, now filled with raged of such a horrible death, they feel as if there is still a job to be done, risen from the dead with one thought in mind, to kill all those who oppose them seeking internal revenge, the undead have a natural instinct for death magic, while a versatile class, that can wield nearly any item, must first learn to use what they were once able, since all has been forgotten of there past life's except one simple fact, they did not die peacefully.

Update February 2/8/2012 For a long time i had pondered, whether it would be worth it, to make a transition to eclipse, i mean why not it is actually supported, unlike xtremeworlds, which is mostly a unactive forum. But i decided to stick with this game, and continue development, i figured you don't always need nice PD, and spell effects to make it fun, but rather satisfying loot, and a urge to keep leveling. At the moment, this game is back online if i can reach a decent player base, within 2-3 days, i will probably bring the forums back, and start working a lot more on it. And mostly i don't want to have to remake all my items, and npcs that i put much effort into. Question: Would you rather see the classes as they are, or Male/Female, and you choose your own gear based on stats, this makes PvP a lot more interesting, and pvp is practically everywhere. After months of the game server being down, i have not only taken a break, but have tweaked, and rebalanced a lot, the engine may be old, and there ofcourse is no PD, but please don't allow this to ruin the experience, yes the engine is very much outdated, and there is a much better one eclipse orgins, but i just like the simplicity of the one i am using. The game server is now back up, i have done a lot to balance to offer a fair and genuine experience, challenge comes when it is most expected, and you should either be prepared or blindly ambushed :P if you don't pay attention. I have added a lot of different item drops, and made each class counter another, so there are disadvantages and advantages obviously with the one you pick. It will try to remain 24/7 but there will be times it will be down but probably at the most for a hour… Just give it a chance, you will either love it, or hate it, or just fall in between.
