okay okay, if everyone then switched to IPv6, then IPv6 will blow up, then everyone will go back to IPv4, and blow up….why dont they make 10 diff versions, so the internet can last an extra few years!! no, its these HUGE companies! they're wasting all the ip addresses!!!! that is a good idea, make 10 different new ip versions.. then everyone is happy... so, if this were real, does that mean i have to backup, all my websites? and even on all my 5 computers, and 3 servers? damn, i need a new server, ah 5tb? store all my websites :) im prepaired! oh and just in case, i will try to switch to IPv6, unless i already have one, or unless if it work :'( lol, what about Windows 95? will it work with IPv6? It didnt work…. hmmmmm.......did you try ipconfig?? goto start > run > cmd and in CMD or command, type in ipconfig... and it will tell you your IPv4, Subnet Mask, Default gateway and other things and ips connected to you network. type in each ip you see, EX. IPv4...............................000.000.0.000 Subnet Mask...................255.255.000.0 Default Gateway..............000.000.0.0 NOTE: those are fake :) im pretty sure that it is the default gateway, because when I had WAMP on my computer, I could only see it as http://localhost/ and for others to access the domain/server, they needed my default gateway......try that. Oh and do not type in your Connection-specific DNS Suffix, because that is your internet access and/or provider such as Rogers.

ah, i just opened the vb6 setup, it said there was another vb edition (vb8) and it said if u download vb6, both verisons may not work….idk if i shud, i dont wanna loose vb6 or vb8
