The largest difference is the graphics part, a lot of the tutorials that have nothing to do with graphics will probably still work.

In idiot terms:
If the tutorial doesn't involve graphics, it should still work.

I'll repeat that again, just for the sake of it: if the script you're putting into your game has any graphical sections, you need to follow a tutorial for the same version.
