Visual Basic crashes when I try to make server.exe.

I'm not sure what's wrong here. I was doing a tutorial and it crashes in the middle of making the server file. It says it is not responding then eventually closes the program. I don't know if it's just the server file or my copy altogether, but is there any way to fix this?

Have you tried waiting? Sometimes it does this to me as well, but it generally finishes eventually.

that heppend to me also and i just restart pc and next time work fine..try re instal vb6

It says the program stopped responding and the only choices it gives me are to debug or to close it. Debugging does nothing.

Yeah Soul is right, you just got to wait for it to load, been having this problem also. Just wait.

I don't think you're quite listening. It does nothing even after 30 minutes of waiting except close.

Well firstly, you didn't say nothing about waiting for 30 minutes, for all we knew of you could of just waited for 5 seconds. Secondly does it do this with the client also or just the server?

I know, that was my fault, I probably should have said I waited for quite a while.

It does this with the client as well, yes.
