It is a dll called vbDABL, I came across this a long time ago and have used it in my projects before and some of you might already have seen it before but I tough ill share it with you guys. Did you proggram that?They have a sample project [here](http://voodoovb.vbgamer.com/vvbdabl.zip) you can do some testing with.
