There was a tutorial on the forums that made the hair a paperdoll. You could use that to make the "eyes" and "ears" bit, and make the base body as a sprite. Then make buttons on the form to change the "eyes", "hair", "ears", (all paperdolls) and "body" (sprite). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is no direct tutorial that I'm aware of for what you're asking for, and unless you have money that you're willing to spend, nobody will make it for free.
