Firstly, don't double post. You didn't even wait an **_hour_**. You're supposed to wait at least 24 hours as a minimum, and even longer than that is better.

Secondly, you might want to consider how to write a coherent sentence/question, because the question you've asked doesn't make an awful lot of sense.

However, because I'm feeling kind and patient, I'll try and answer your questions:

> 1\. A 'VPS' is a "Virtual Private Server" - that is, a server that you can access/use, but it isn't the _whole_ server. It's a server that's been partitioned (basically) and there are probably other server 'partitions' running on the same physical machine. Think of it as having more than one user on your PC, and both of them using it at the same time. So the RAM you get is spread across multiple users.
