[SOLVED] Target HP Bar

My custom version uses DX8 but the idea is the same, it's a bit more complicated than it sounds, but essentially, on your GameLoop, loop through and see if you have a target, and if you have a target, make the bar (use a picture box, or render the DDS texture for D3D7). One thing you notice though, is that you'll need to add a new function that sends a player or NPCs vital change to the entire map, that way anyone who has that NPC or Player targetted, see's the new HP bar change.

The best thing to do is check out my custom version and pick it apart.
