GUI edit for photoshop! easy way!

Hello  ;D im here to help you finish your gui easier with photoshop and mabey some tips on how to make a really good gui  :o

Step one: Gathering Supplies and setting up!

First thing we need to do is get some supplies! go to google and type in Photohshop Brushes once you do find a site and gather some brushes (save them where ever you want to save em). Once your done with that go ahead and load up Photoshop and open up your MainMenu.gif, Make sure its the blank grey one so it can be easier. Next we will load up our brushes! select the brush tool and up above there will be a picture of what your brush will look like. Theres an arrow pointing down by there so click that an you will see a whole selection of brushes. Next theres a little circle with an arrow pointing right, click that and find Load Brushes, load the brushes where you saved them and were ready to start!

Step two: Style and design

Alright we loaded up our supplies so its time to use them :). Alright click your mainmenu picture and go to image > Mode> RBG. Next go to Select> color range, now heres the tricky part when it loads up the box with the picture or mainmenu make sure you click the background of the mainmenu not the buttons or anything else. once you do that you will see it has selected the whole background :D. Now go to your eraser tool, click and hold until it will show you some eraser types, then click magic eraser tool, now with the eraser click the selected background and Congatz! you deleted that ugly grey! Now make sure you have a style or a design with your brushes. With the Background still selected Hit D on your keyboard wich will make the colors default.
Next we want to use the photobucket tool, so click that and click the background, now its black. Now go to window and find Switches, click that and it will show a box of colors, click the white and select one of the brushes you downloaded. Now heres a trick you can do wich will make your brush shimmer and glow :o, when you select your brush make sure you make a new layer, to do so go to window and click Layers. Once you have done that it will load up a box with layers. Look at hte way bottom and you will see some paper being turned or fliped, click that and you have made a new layer, KEEP THE  LAYER BOX! alright now use your brushes and what ever you want to do and once your done go back to the layers and right click on layer 1\. Then select layer options! it will show you alot of nice stuff you can do with your brushes or pictures! you can do whatever you want but lets click outer glow. Now check you your brushes!  8) now they look cool! click ok and once your done hit Ctrl+Shift+E to merge layers.

Thats it! you can mess aroung more with the filter gallery or other things bye selecting filter>filter gallery  or Filter>render  check them out and have fun! thx and goodbyez!!!
