Tiles Sheets….

I tried editing a tile sheet to have like 4 in one… and although TE recognizes the length and makes the approprate sized window... it makes them all black after a certain point... is there something im doing wrong? doesn anyone have like 9 really huge full of everything sheets? i tried the "ultimate tielsheet" and the background shows up when using them :(. i spent 3 hours filling in background color to findout there might be a length limit... is ther one(also what about width?)

btw... im looking/willing to accept anything not "modern" tilesheets... its a midieval fantasy game(wonder if those will ever be overdone?)
