Is this right or wrong.. I releaize it's his game but Spainion is taking this really really too far… Was eclipse not created to create games for fun?  To play with friends? Little background here I worked for VC (Vanatus Curse) and I wanted to do a simple side project wouldn't occupy too much time just something to do.  I tell Spainion about it over MSN he flips out saying how I wouldn't dedicate my self enough yada yada yada.  Anyways I just got a message from him

This is a little to far you worrie more about a server host and getting your own game running then VC, there is a reason why no other projects lets there staff work are there own games.

If you ever drop your project and start mapping some more then mebey we can talk.

Now The Big Question
Do you as a Head Creator or w/e let others work on their own games (Just as side projects) or do you take Spainions idiots approach and fire their asses

Eclipse was meant for the casual gamer not so you can act like a CEO
