EE2.7 to EO NPC Sprite Converter?

I've been on Google and Forum search for the last 3 hours looking for this thing. Every time I think I have it the link ends up being dead. Is there anyone out there who has this and can repost it for me.

I need to convert about 150 custom sprites from this format:

To this one:
