Making a specific class start off with spells when they first join the game

I want my "Spell-caster" class to start of with two spells when he/she joins the game. I know how to make them start off with skills and equips, but is there a way to make them start of with spells? If so could you tell me how? Thank you in advance.

If you dont know of a way, is there a way to at least make them start of with the scrolls which they can use to learn the spells? Thanks again.
