Static IP address

I've set up a static IP address for my computer, my internal IP address is always the same now, but my external one (which other people connect through to join my game) is dynamic still…(always different)

Does anyone know of a way to solve this problem so that my IP address is static and everytime i reboot i won't have a new IP address which players on my game need to connect to the server?

Does Hamachi have a static IP address? If so i might download and use that.
