Looking for a quick web page design

Hey Eclipse, basically what I'm looking for is a 2D artist/web designer to design what is to be a homepage because at this point I have zero time to do it. Guidelines are simple:

- Think minimalist, draw whatever comes to mind when you think of "Joy-Toilet" (semi-tastefully)

- Center that image on a baby blue background

- Hand write "Contact us" in whatever way you want

- center that on the page.

And that's about it. This is probably better suited for folks with their own site or folks that have something to promote because all I can offer in compensation is about $50 in ad (yahoo/Bing) credits. And you've got a friend in me. Thanks, contact info[at]joy-toilet[dot]com if you're up for it.
