What would you charge for making [http://www.skywardens.com/](http://www.skywardens.com/) into something like this (one of your examples) [http://i.imgur.com/IOARNRRh.png](http://i.imgur.com/IOARNRRh.png) with these features:

~Who's Online List

~Member Titles (similar to Eclipse) (ie. Advanced Member and Contest Winner)

~Donation Button (paypal)

You could delete all of the Wordpress data and such and start from scratch if that's what it takes. A blank slate if you will.
