GFX Encryption Issues

I finally encrypted my GFX .bmp files like I've been told to and changed the data.ini file to use my extension, but now whenever I go to edit a map, I only see a portion of the whole Tile Sheet.
Also, I'm still having Shop problems (http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=27844.0)

Edit 1:
Okay, I decided to just decrypt the files for now (untill SOMEONE GAVE ME A FREAKIN ANSWER) so I could get back to work on the game, now whenever I try to log in a get an error

So now, I can either not edit maps, or not play at all. WTF!!!
