~~Try removing and re-adding the references/components to the dlls and ocxs~~

1. Try running some registry cleaners and clean your registry of unwanted .dll and .ocx references. (Use CCleaner)
2. Open up VB6 and open up a blank project. Check if you can add the mscomctl.ocx into your components. If you can then save the project and reload it and check if any error pops up the same way when the server is being loaded.
3. If you can add it into a blank project, then try removing the entire project. Remove every last bit of files related to the engine (Other than the .dlls) . Make sure that the mscomctl.ocx is located at SysWOW64\. Un-register it. Re-register it.
4. After doing so, download a fresh copy of the engine.
5. Try running it.
