Drummerpete
I'm thinking of starting my own project, and I just have one question.Should I use RMXP or Custom tiles.RMXP - Would be easier, quicker and they are pretty nice tiles.Only a bit overused.Customs - Look better, not copyright protected, etc..Takes time. Please leave comments and suggestions. Guest
If you're good at mapping and can get together some good mappers, then use RMXP - it will look very professional and nice.If you're not good at mapping but want your game to look nice anyway, use Custom Tiles, people won't care about how well you map your game if the tiles look nice. Drummerpete
I'll probably use RMXP. Depending if I can get anyone to help me with the style of tyle I want. ^^

Tyr
use both? but not together, for example (Aura: The Beginning) The dwarven isles are all made with custom tiles (witch look very good) and one of the other nations is mapped with RMXP, witch makes those 2 area's totally diffrent from eachotherits just and ideaPS: oh and u can start already with mapping before the custom tiles are ready :)
Guest
I took the time to convert Reiners sets to sets usable in Eclipse if you want to maybe use some of those.[http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php/topic,30499.0.html](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php/topic,30499.0.html)
