Scripter / Programer for GUI (stick World online)

Hi im looking for a scripter or programer, for a my GUI it looks good but i want it to have a patcher loading bar built in to the main menu, it has to automaticly download the patches when there done to. ive seen a few games with this so im hoping its not to hard to do, it would also be nice if it could have an online player count on the main menu, but if not o well,

i already have the main menu GUI made, heres a picture, just need too put an patching bar.
