Squad?

I know this is a scource edit but i was wondering if anyone could possibly help me out with doing this…
let me explain (these are just ideas!)
What i meant by squad was that you can have NPCs follow you and fight alongside you.

NPC basic classes would be:
Warrior-
Ranger-
Cleric-
Mage-

They then advance in their classes and levels
so health and Magic would improve along with other atributes.

They could also help with puzzels
select Npc then type ' /wait ' to make them stay in on that one tile
select Npc then type ' /follow ' to make that npc follow you

you can hire NPCs almost anywhere
but once you hire them you have to pay a monthly fee to keep the NPC (a fee of not real money lol )

HM is adding objects to sadscript so this should be possible

theoretically because objects would allow you to have unique Npcs each one being different thats if I understand it right…
