That way, people can access your server. There are many tuts on this like http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=26187.0After that, you should get a program like WinRar to compress files. Copy and paste your client onto the archive, then post it on some free downloading site (such as mediafire or something). Then ur good to go.
