Ok, so I'm not an ISO Master (hell, I started Yesterday) but that doesn't stop me from sharing my method.

Things you'll need;
Google's Sketchup - http://sketchup.google.com/
Paint.NET - http://paint.net/

Note: This video doesn't show you how to get the ISO into a tile sheet. Figure that out yourself.
