Server run out of memory….

I want to have more maps but when I increase it
It gives me this error.
Here are specs on the Server pc I use to host my eclipse.
AMD triple core 1.9Ghz
1.5TB HDD
4GB DDR2 RAM
and here is my data

Hmm, try lowering the items. Thats all I can think of.
