actually Chinese is.
Russian is second.

Well I know a lot of Asian people and from what I know Chinese, doesn't have verb tenses, so you don't have to learn conjugations, its Grammar is also the most similar to English,whereas or Japanese, are completely different.

Also Wikipedia seems to disagree with what you say xD
