How do you talk to everyone in the server In-game?

People are trying to talk to me from different areas and I don't know how to talk so the whole server can hear me. Because thats what they're doing. They have the white text thing. How do you do that?

Hi :)
This is very easy.
All you have to do, is put a single-quote before your message like so:
'Hi everyone!
You can also use an explimation point to send a private message to a friend:
!refuge What's up?
And there are some more commands, but I forget them all :azn:

**!Emblem Hello there!** - Private Message
Is: You whisper to Emblem, "Hello there!"

**'Hi World!** - Broadcast Message (Everyone see's this)
Is: Emblem: Hi World

**-blows up** - Emote Message (Only people on your map see this)
Is: Emblem blows up

Some admin only ones:
**=Hello fellow admins!** - Admin Message (Only admins can see this)
Is: (Admin Emblem) Hello fellow admins!

**"Welcome to the Server!** - Global Message (Everyone see's this)
Is: (Global) Emblem: Welcome to the Server!
