[ELI] zlib.dll and zlib1.dll

As being the developer of ELI, your problem is simple, you're using an out-dated version. However if you download zlib.dll and zlib1.dll (Google) and put them in the system directory (See Bugs & Errors fix list for more information) then your version of ELI will work fine.

Thank you for mentioning that ELI is useless. More reason for me to not develop for this community. As your lack of respect is the reason I'm discontinuing ELI.

Oh, nevermind then. Yeah, I've checked for most files but I'm not sure if ELI has them all.

The ELI you have does that normally by itself, but somehow it fails on some computers. (I've currently tested the latest version on four computers at home and it works fine).
