Well, as the error suggests, you should make sure your version of DirectX >= 7.

Press Start>Run and type in "dxdiag" without the quotations. Let me know what version of DirectX it says you have.

Ok, have you deleted or moved any image files from your Eclipse directory? Or have you renamed any folders? Try taking a screenshot of your images folder so I can verify if you are missing anything.

If you did, redownloading eclipse will fix this issue.
