Army stuff needed needed!

hey i need all kinds of things and i dunnot expect immediate gratification so dont rush.
anyways i want some graphics similar to those in the weewars browser based online game BUT i do NOT want exact copys and all tiles still need to be squares so they will work on eclipse. some of the things i need would be stuff such as silos, tanks, soldiers, jeeps, boats, planes, and more.

i also need MAJOR help with making this game, i will be needing help in all departments especially the programming it part. by programming i mean so that the players are doing turn based well… turns like on your turn you can move units you already have, capture buildings, destroy the enemy or even create more units that cant be used till your next turn. as you can see this in my opinion seems like it would take a LOT of expert help to make. what im willing to do is help make all aspects of the rpg part of the game so dont worry im not just gonna be snoozing while other people do all tthe work! 8) for more info go to the following site: [http://colorsiege.webs.com/index.htm](http://colorsiege.webs.com/index.htm) oh and last but very importantly the adds that are on my site are not put there by me but by webs.com i say this because i think some of them are kinda rude. bye!

Is there a software or a technique that is used to make these sprites. The reason that I ask is I want to add some more to the ones that are there. For each soldier a sprite for running and dying.
