I have my on work-out program I've been doing for about a month now. Every other day, at 8:30p.m. I'll do 50 good crunches, then I'll do as many push-ups as I can. Afterwards, do some gaming, or whatever, then come back and 100 more crunches. And at about 9:30 I'll be done. Its not an intense work-out but I have seen results over time.
