The easy way to make GUIs

In as little as

All you need is an image editing program that allows the use of layers (GIMP is a good one thats free)

1) create 3 layers - background, template and text
2) load your background image onto the first layer
3) load the default GUI into the second layer
4) create text in the third layer with the same text and positions as that on the template GUI
5) delete the second layer

You can then play around with the texts colour and font until you're happy!

But this GUI would be of vey low quality and (would honestly) look rubbish. The only way to make a real GUI is to learn about graphics, design and the program you want to work in and experiment.

There are no 'easy' GUIs.
