It's always easier (for me at least) to chat up strangers when I'm with friends. It'd probably be weird asking them to homecoming right after you met them, so better meet someone quick or find some other way.Or go with a friend (that's a girl).Dances at my school aren't usually with 'dates', but that's homecoming so its not really the same.
