Something I'm going to try to work on, just a "for fun" project, no guarantee of its instant win.

This is just the "viewer"
You can see what quests each npc has and at what coordinate this npc is at, map and level range the quest selected is, will add the ability to "cycle through" the quests, so expect another set of drop downs to the right of the current drop downs (other entry field will become dropdown field)

You will be allowed to select up to 1 main quest of the npc. then have up to 20 chained quests to go along with that main quest… 

Each quest will allow you to have up to 20 chained quests. so first entry = main, the other 20 = chained with main quest.
