how he is able to acces the game like me and edit it?

i can make him owner etc. but how he is able to help me editing the maps etc?

1) Make him # Access
2) Let him Press F1\. Press MAP
3) Only have one person mapping on a map at a time
4) Press SAVE
5) =)

Go read a tutorial. Plenty of how to set up your server tutorials.

2\. CTRL + F for Getting the game online etc.
3\. Pick a tutorial (preferably port-fowarding, but hamachi if it doesn't work).
4\. .zip or .rar (WinRAR or 7Zip needed for .rar, but better compression) up the CLIENT folder and upload it to a filehost (like http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php/topic,39590.msg385455.html#msg385455).
5\. Give him the link to the client.
6\. Give him your IP and Port.
