Which sprite should I use?

Hi everyone. Well, I was experimenting with some new engines and things like that, and I started to make some monsters, sprites, etc. Now, I was thinking of doing a game with human characters for a change. It would be a lot nicer in many ways :3\. Now, I created two human sprites:

**Character 1:**

Personally, I like this sprite A LOT more. I think it just simply flows more, it's easier to paperdoll, and it fits in 32x32, my preferred sprite size.

**Character 2:**

I don't like this one quite as much, it just seems a bit un natural. On the plus side, it's height doesn't look as odd as the first's.

So, which character do you guys think is better? I personally prefer the first, but I want your opinions :P.

> Well, I don't plan on using them in a Squiddle game, but thanks for the input. And yeah, I was doubtful of the second one's legs/feet.

I just meant that it was more like your lucid style, which I like. I have a similar pixel style.

> Ah, I see. Yeah, I never changed Shading Style, I tried a different style once but I didn't like to see it used on Sprites, only Tiles. Anyways yeah, I've always kept my sort of style =3.

Woah I just realised you only use 2 shade colors… I use like 5 XD
