It doesn't look much like a forest, really. Here's a couple pictures for comparison.

Notice that the first image is a field with trees. They are separated quite a bit, but still in the same general area. That's the feel I get from your map. In the second image, you can hardly see the ground. The photo is dominated by trees rather than grass. This is a very dense forest area. This is what you should strive for.

Here's a good tutorial found here on Eclipse. Notice that the final result has about 75% of the map dominated by canopy, and uses heavy shadowing. The RMXP tileset isn't exactly built for realism, so the usage of shadows that I'd suggest would be a wasted thought, since it has no shadows, really. My only suggestion is to really load a map down with trees for forest areas. Don't be afraid to obscure most of the player's view; a forest done correctly will have a limited path, anyway.

Thanks, I'll add them, BTW does RMXP have something similar to that tile Gone put over the tree's in his screen shot? Though i didn't really mean for it to be a forest  XD I meant for it to be more like a clearing or something like that  :icon_crap:

AH okay… Is this any good?
Also can you rate it? 1/10 - 10/10 ( 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest)
BTW: The title of the map is: The Great Tree
You are basically supposed to climb down the big hole and continue underground, the place where the great tree is, is Close to Haven(City).
