[EE]How to read ini files, give items, and take items?

I am using EE 2.7

So I have three questions.

1.How to read a ini file from the server, and make it's value show up on a formload label(client-side).

2.How to give items with a form button(client-side), I heard if you stick giveitem in the client side, people can use programs, and get whatever they want.

3.Like a if cantake sorta thing for source.(client-side)
And then make it take the items, if you click buy.

You don't want to do anything clientside. Everything should be serverside.
