Strange RTE 339 Error (*FIXED!)

Hey, I'm hoping someone could help me with this small bug I keep running into. I'm running Eclipse Origins on Windows 7 (64bit) and whenever I attempt to load the server or client I get RTE 339, looking like so


So, I went ahead and tried reinstalling the library files, using ELI. Yes, I did use the 64bit version installer and then I tried the 32bit version as well just for the hell of it. After installation, I rebooted my comp and I'm still getting the error. What am I missing? Its obviously saying I'm missing 'mswinsck.ocx' , so I was wondering where I would be able to download this component and register it manually, if thats necessary. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
