Run-Time Error: 429 - ActiveX control component can't create object

ok ive forum searched it and ive tried every guide there is and nothing is working, im running windows 7 and if i try to put it in compatibility mode i only have vista (along with SP 1 and 2) and windows server 2008 SP1

if an one knows how to fix this please help me out, this program really interests me and not sure if im so interested anymore :/

I'm guessing you didn't search very well.

Vista/Windows 7 Users:
Right click the Library Installer and select "Run As Administrator."

I had this EXACT SAME issue with my Vista PC.
