How to show a picture ingame?

Hey guys!
I want to show a picture ingame but I don't know how to do that. :/
Like you're clicking at some point on the map and a picture appears.

I already tried it with Call CustomMenuPicture but that didn't work for me
(maybe I just did it wrong lol).

To use Call CustomMenuPicture you first need to show the custom menu. Aka Call CustomMenuShow.

Look at the commands list tho check the parameters of the commands.
