How can i change the starting position at ES?

If you mean starting location, then go to

Server folder –> Classes

And open the .ini files. It should look like this.

Desc=Paladins are great warriors. With a massive amount of physical strength, they are a must on the battle field.

DEF=13
SPEED=9
MAGI=5
MAP=300    <–- Change this to the map you want to start on.
X=8          <--- Change this to an exact location of the above selected map,
Y=28        <--- Change this to an exact location of the above selected map,
Locked=0

To view your location in game, open the map editor, and press the "Location" button.

MAP=1 < change that to the desired map.
X=1 < change that to your desired coordinate
