Maybe someone saw this tileset and know where is it? where i can find it ? or buy it?

That is from a game called Sagramore, they didn't posted their graphics anywhere.

that doesn't look like a tileset. It looks like it was all drawn at once, similar to parallax mapping. you can see it clearly by the rocks who look different everywhere (except the pavement).

He didn't show the rocks xD anyway, then they're pretty damn good. And I don't know how to help the OP. sorry.
