Run-time error: '429'

Every time I try and run the server in Visual Basic 6.0, I get this error:

> Run-time error: '429':

> License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment.

I'm using Eclipse Origins on Windows Vista. And yes, I have installed the library files.

Also, I get the same error while doing the same thing with MS4.
