EO sprite movement

okay so i am starting to use eclipse origins (scary that im saying it) i split my sprite form and converted to work on eo the only problem is that all 510+ of my sprites walk weird in other words if you walk left it will show the animation for walking down if you walk down it will show right it is for everything but up. How do i edit the source to fix the animation to read what my sprites frames are?

The sprite order is set in BltPlayer in the little select case which sets SpriteLeft. I purposely added in this little bit so people can easily change the sprite order.

I apologize if the above was the answer, but I am looking to modify down the number of animation frames for walking/running from (3 or 4) down to 2.  I also want to set a 3rd as the attack animation. 

Could you provide a little more in-depth assistance on this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
