Good point. And to add to that, why don't resource sites get banned? They supplier them to use and they are free to use. You would think that is the first place they would go instead of the game.

To be completely honest, the only time they really intervene is when you are either making money, or you haven't got a disclaimer saying that this isn't yours and it is all copyrighted to Nintendo and Game Freak Studios.

As for you, you need to cool it. Hardly anyone but the forum know about these game so it probably won't go as far and Nintendo because there are that many Pokémon game which are successful.
